My Teeth, My Gums, Our Guilt (2022)

A performance piece in which the artist invites the audience to add a wooden bead to a vessel if they have been dishonest or lacking in their dental hygiene (lied to a dentist, skipped flossing, etc.) The artist then brushes their teeth, flosses, and washes with mouthwash for each bead so as to absolve the viewer of their guilt to start anew.

This piece was originally conceived of and performed in 2022. The video below shows a recreation of the performance by the artist in 2025 in Green Central Noll park in Brooklyn NY.
